<p><b>Arla Day</b> is the Canada Research Chair and Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Saint Mary’s University, Canada. She is a fellow of the Canadian Psychological Association, and she is a founding member of both the CN Centre for Occupational Health and Safety and the Centre for Leadership Excellence, Canada. She chairs the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award committee in Nova Scotia, Canada, which recognizes organizations for their commitment to the health and safety of their employees. She is Associate Editor for the <i>Journal of Occupational Health Psychology</i>. Her research and consulting focus on occupational health psychology, stress and well-being, healthy workplaces, work–life interface, and workplace interventions.</p> <p><b>E. Kevin Kelloway</b> is the Canada Research Chair in Occupational Health Psychology and a Professor of Psychology at Saint Mary’s University, Canada. He is a fellow of the Association for Psychological Science, the Canadian Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology. In addition to serving on several editorial boards, he is Associate Editor of <i>Work & Stress</i>, section editor for <i>Stress & Health,</i> and associate editor for the <i>Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance</i>. He has published over 150 articles, chapters, and reports and has authored/edited 13 books. He maintains an active consulting practice in areas related to occupational health psychology and human resource management.</p> <p><b>Joseph J. Hurrell, Jr.</b> is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada, and an affiliate of the Canadian National Centre for Occupational Health and Safety. He is the current Editor of the <i>Journal of Occupational Health Psychology,</i> which he cofounded. Prior to his current appointments, he was employed for over 30 years as a researcher and administrator by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). He has authored over 100 scientific publications and 8 books, serves on the advisory boards of major U.S. occupational health and safety research and education programs, and is internationally recognized for his work.</p>
