I immediately read the book from its beginning to the end and I am surprised by many of the messages that this book includes regarding leadership as well as the way we organize, these leadership messages pushed us to think about our goal and passion. And this book is organized in the way that makes all the ideas of its shareholders about the question of Francis: What do you see when you look from the window and find that it is visible but others do not notice it yet? One of Francis's five philosophies supports: leadership is a matter of qualities, no actions. Work is a life. The decisive moments. Be a light for the doors. The bright future! The others have not noticed it yet? I see talented and enthusiastic people working together for the public good; I see three elements of great importance to the true success of any project, company, producer or life: humility, love and work, as I see the unique contribution of the leaders who are responsible and their leadership teams to build successful and smart institutions that give value for the public good.
